Dr Chris Pearson BVSc, MANZCVS:
Practice Principal
Chris grew up in Brisbane and graduated from the University of Queensland in 1995. After graduation, he worked in practices in Gympie, Brisbane and more recently Cooroy. He purchased All Animal Veterinary Services in July 2017. Chris enjoys all aspects of veterinary practice but has a special interest in small animal medicine, including ultrasound, cardiology and reproduction. He obtained his membership in small animal medicine from the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in 2008. Chris is married with two teenage sons. His home is also shared with a rescued greyhound, two miniature schnauzers, two rescued clinic cats and a flock of chickens. In his spare time he enjoys cycling ad playing music with his sons.
Dr Sian Hillard BVSc BVMs
Practice Principal
Sian started her Veterinary journey as a qualified Vet nurse in 2005 and worked for several years before heading off to study the Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery at Murdoch University in Western Australia where she graduated in 2015.
She moved to the Sunshine Coast with her husband to settle down and start a family. She has worked in a variety of Veterinary practices including small and large animal practice as well as emergency medicine centers. She started working for All Animal Veterinary Services in 2017 before becoming one of the practice principals in 2019.
Her particular interests include small animal surgery and emergency medicine. She also loves working with small ruminants and any scaly reptile!
Her spare time is spent with her baby daughter and husband, and enjoys being outdoors at the beach or cycling. Sian shares her home with their dog ‘’Tully’’, cat ‘’Batman’’, three pet goats, 10 sheep and an array of chickens and ducks.
Dr Bri Caitens BVSc:
Associate Vet
Bri graduated from University of Queensland in 2017, after graduating she moved to West Gippsland, Victoria and worked for two years in mixed practice working with Dairy & Beef cattle as well as small animals and everything in between! She then moved back to the Sunshine Coast in 2020 to focus on her passion for working with small animals , and has worked in several clinics around the coast before coming to All Animal Veterinary Services in 2021. Bri has a particular interest in imaging including ultrasound, small animal surgery and internal medicine. She loves working with all creatures great and small but is a self-professed “crazy cat lady.” In her down-time Bri enjoys exploring the beautiful national parks and beaches of the Sunshine coast, hiking, kayaking and camping with her partner, or staying home hanging out with her three cats and cooking up a storm!
