During the current Covid pandemic, The All Animal Vet Services team is committed to keeping our clinic open so we can continue to provide our high standard of care for all patients and their families.
We would like to thank all our clients for their compliance and support in recent times under the restrictions at our clinic. In complying with national restriction guidelines we aim to continue to minimise the risk to staff and clients we will be implementing the following changes as of Monday the 18th of May 2020.
We will be allowing the general public back into the building with their pets under the following strict guidelines.
🐾 If you are sick with any cold and flu like symptoms, or have recently travelled please do not enter the building.
🐾 Only one person is allowed in the reception/waiting area at one time. Please wait outside until it is your turn.
🐾 Only one person is allowed to enter the consultation room with your pet.
🐾 Practice social distancing – remain at least 1.5 metres from your nearest person at all times, including when in consultation.
🐾 Please use hand sanitiser located at reception, before and after your visit.
🐾 Please avoid leaning on the reception desk and furniture. Please remain behind the barricaded and taped areas.
🐾 Please practice adequate personal hygiene at all times.
🐾 Eftpos is our preferred method of payment if possible please. Alternatively payment over the phone by credit card is accepted.
We continue to ask that you phone ahead on (07) 5441 2355 to order prescription medicine repeats, food, worming and flea control etc in advance so we can arrange to have them ready without you needing to wait and minimise the time needed at the clinic.
We would like you to know and feel reassured that given the current changes, the level of care, compassion and treatment towards your pet will be not compromised in anyway; this is a priority along with the health and safety of our staff and clients. If you have any concerns or questions about how these new changes will work or affect your pet, please pick up the phone, type an email, or a message – we are always happy to chat.

Weekdays 7am – 6pm and Saturday 7:30am – 12pm.
