Booking Appointments & Procedures ...
Emergencies will always be seen as soon as possible. Please, endeavour to ring ahead if you intend coming in with an emergency. This allows us to be prepared, thus saving valuable time and increasing efficiency.
We strive to provide excellent customer service, so we are happy to fit in with our client’s schedules whenever we can.
Appointments and procedures are recommended to be booked in ahead of time by phone, fax, email or direct contact.

The surgery is
actually open from 7.00am until 6.00pm weekdays,
and from 7.30am to 12 noon Saturdays. |

Admission for surgery and grooming is usually between 7.30am and 9.00am weekdays. |

Consultations are organised usually between 8.00 and 10am, and 3.00 and 5.00pm weekdays. |

On Saturdays, consultations are
arranged between 8.00 and 11.00am. |
If you wish to see a particular veterinarian,
please let the receptionist know so that they can organise a
suitably mutual time for an appointment for you and your pet
with that vet.
You are welcome to contact the veterinarians personally at any
time. If they are busy at the time of the call, leave your name
and contact number and they will return your call later when
free. Alternatively, you can contact us by email using the email
link at the top-right of this page.
